The N.O.I. Foundation is a Michigan non-profit corporation with 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status. The N.O.I. Foundation operates under the jurisdiction of the Consulate of Italy in Detroit, Michigan, USA.
The N.O.I. Foundation declares itself to be an open and welcoming organization whose mission it is to promote the Italian language and Italian culture within its designated five states: Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and Tennessee, of the consular network.
